Who we are and what we do.

NCAAT in Action is committed to supporting equity and justice for all by building political power among Asian Americans and allies in North Carolina through voter education, progressive advocacy and leadership development.

Immigration

About 60% of Asian Americans in N.C. were born abroad. Asian immigrants often face discrimination due to their race, ethnicity, and/or country of origin. Fair immigration policy is of utmost importance to immigrants, and to all North Carolinians.

Democracy Reform

It is important that we simultaneously protect current practices that help voters while advocating for more policies that expand access to the ballot box.

Racial Justice

No matter our background, we all deserve the right to live safely, the right to equitable opportunities, and the right to participate in the democratic process.
